Shepards Pie

2 pkg Ground beef (lg family sized)
1 Cup Chopped onion
1 tsp Minced garlic
dash Salt and Pepper

1 Cup Flour
8 Cups Water
1/2 Cup Onion soup mix
1 tbs Steak spice
1 Cup Ketchup
1/2 Cup Soya sauce
2kg Bag Frozen Veggetables

Instant Mashed Potatoes
20 Cup Boiling water
5-6 Cups Potato flakes

(or real potatoes)

Brown beef in frying pan. Drain and rinse with HOT water. Return to frying pan and add chopped onion, garlic salt and pepper.
Make a mixture of the second 6 ingredients and pour over cooked ground beef. Mix in frozen veggies. Bake in a covered roaster for 1 - 1/2 hours.
|When done top with instant mashed potatoes or put potatoes on side in separate container.
