Perogies and Smokies

2 bags Perogies (lg)
2 kg Smokies
2 Cups Chopped Onion
1 Cup Margarine

Fry onions in the margarine. Set aside. Boil perogies (1/3 at a time) until floating and fat.
Place in buttered roaster & layer with 1/3 buttered onions. Add salt and pepper.
Repeat until all perogies are cooked. Keep warm & covered in 300 degree oven.
Angle cut smokies into corningware pot. Add 1/2 cup water. Heat covered at 350 celcius for 1 hour.
