1 bag Coleslaw (Level 1 or 2)
OR
1/2 Green Cabbage
1/4 Red Cabbage
5 Carrotts
Dressing
1 Cup Mayonaise
2 tbs Milk
1/4 Cup Sugar
To taste Celery Seed
Shred both red and green cabbage. If using food processor - use shredding blade but NOT interior chopping blade. Grate carrotts.
Mix together with bottled coleslaw dressing or home made.
Cabbage weeps. Make sure you mix coleslaw together so it is still sort of dry. It will get more moist and saucy as it sits.
